RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we may be able to set up a return for you. Returns for refunds are available for purchases made directly from ISMART website for 7 days after the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued to the card (or another applicable payment method) you used initial purchase date.

Return period

Return period begins the day you receive your product, however, different groups of goods and services are subject to different trial periods.

Digital goods initial purchase date.
Services and maintenance initial contract signature day.
Products delivered in different lots or pieces from the date on which you receive the final product.

How To Return An Item

1. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Find out if you are eligible for a return, by contacting our Consumer Support team. Visit our Support page or Email us: support@ismart.lt

2. Get a Return Form choosing one of the methods below.

Use the Return Form you got inside the box
Download and print the Return Form by yourself

3. Fill in and tear off the “Return Form portion” of your packing slip and place it together with the item(s) you wish to return in a box, e.g the one you got from ISMART.

4. Put our Prepaid Return Label (included in the box) on top, covering the original label.
Take the package to an authorized DPD drop-off location or
Visit DPD website to book a collection.
Note that not all Countries support our Prepaid Return Label, in that case, add postage and mail it via the carrier of your choice.

Return Does Not Cover

Support services and maintenance.
Custom made preorders, which are not pre-manufactured and manufactured according to the buyer’s individual choice or decision by or on goods which are clearly tailored to the buyer’s personal use.
Packaged Items, which were unsealed or seals were damaged or opened after delivery.
Products purchased from dealers or resellers and not ismart.lt directly.
Digital content purchases.
Business entities or goods that have been purchased for commercial rather than own use.
Refund Method & Timing
We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. Please allow up to 10 days for the processing of the refund.

Return Shipping Fees

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a ISMART error, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is the result of a ISMART error, we’ll refund return shipping costs as well.

 

WARRANTY

ISMART Sites “ISMART” warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to one year. ISMART will repair or replace its product if, due to defective parts or workmanship, it does not perform as specified or as manufacturers described. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself. This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or re-installation, neglect, accident or tampering. In no event shall ISMART be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits arising out of or related to this product, or the performance or breach thereof, even if ISMART has been advised of the possibility thereof. ISMART’s liability to the customer, if any, shall in no event exceed the total of the purchase price. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-ISMART product used in connection with this product. Any representations or promises inconsistent, or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon ISMART.

In the event ISMART determines, in its sole discretion, that the Product suffers from defects in material or workmanship and does not substantially conform to the published specifications under normal use, for as long as You own the Product and during the limited warranty period, and subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in this Agreement, ISMART will, at its option, either: (1) repair or replace the Product with new or refurbished Product of equal or greater capacity and functionality; or (2) refund the then current market value of the Product at the time the warranty claim is made to ISMART if ISMART is unable to repair or replace the Product. In the case of replacements, ISMART may replace Your Product with one that was previously used, repaired and tested to meet previous specifications. The warranty period for repaired and replaced products will be extended and is warranted for the remainder of the warranty period, from the original date of purchase. The returned Product for replacement service will not be sent back to You. However, in the case of NTF (No Trouble Found) through a diagnosis, Your Product will be sent back to You. You should always back up the important data. This warranty is provided only to You and is not transferable.

Conditions Of Warranty

The consumer must retain proof of purchase for the warranty period.
The warranty period is valid from the original date of purchase of the product.
This warranty extends only to the defects in material or workmanship occurring during normal use of the product.
The consumer must return the good, original packaging (if reasonably feasible) and proof of purchase to make a claim against this warranty.
The product packaging bears Griffin’s Warranty Logo and was purchased directly from Griffin’s website or an authorized retailer.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
Goods that are physically damaged or altered as a result of misuse by the consumer.
Goods that are damaged as a result of other third party products, including software.
Goods that are damaged as a result of environmental damage e.i (heat, humidity, overcurrent and etc.).
Any misrepresentations given that are not covered by this warranty.
Loss of data contained in flash memories, hard drives for repairs or replacements.
Naturally degrading components (i.e Battery).
Any alterations, modifications, or removal of any Manufacturers labels or barcodes on the Product;
Warranty Claim Procedures
Contact our Consumer Support team to explain a defect associated with your purchase and request a Warranty Merchandise Authorization (WMA) Number. Visit our Support page or Email us: support@ismart.lt
Fill in then print a Product Defect Report Form. Place Product Defect Report Form and Original Proof of Purchase Receipt with the item(s) you wish to send securely in a carton box.
We will book a DPD courier for a collection of your shipment.
Restocking Fees
ISMART may impose a restocking fee equal $30 for the goods that are returned claiming for “Product Defect Report” if the goods are damaged, altered or modified as a result of misuse or other misrepresentation by the consumer, including the statements under Policy “This Warranty does not Cover”.
